Cancellations

At Your Cool Pet Store, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below.


1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not already been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

Include: your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.


2. After the Cancellation Window

If your order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) once they arrive. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.


3. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If your order is part of a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly pet box or automatic reorders), you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions by logging into your account or contacting our support team.


4. Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed. These products are made to order and begin processing immediately after purchase.


5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before processing, your payment will be fully refunded to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
